Returns Policy

Purchase poker sets, poker chips, backgammon sets, roulette items, and other gaming products at SA Poker Shop with complete confidence. All items from SA Poker Shop are backed by a 14 day manufacturers guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your SA Poker Shop purchase, simply follow these three steps and we will promptly send you a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping back to SA Poker Shop.

Returns for a replacement of a defective item is free of charge. The package is to be sent back pre-paid by the buyer. The Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. If any component of the returned product is missing, SA Poker Shop's return policy will be terminated and SA Poker Shop will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Contact us for an authorization code and for the correct return address (some items are sent back directly to the manufacturer). Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. We will immediately send you a complete refund as soon as SA Poker Shop receives your package and inspects it. Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included. If we are unable to issue a full refund, you will be issued store credit for your return(s).

What if I need to cancel an order I placed?
Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing.
