Shipping Policy

We can either have your order couriered to your door anywhere in South Africa via Skynet or alternatively you can collect your order from our Showroom in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Courier

SA Poker Shop uses Skynet in most cases, depending on the size and weight of the items ordered and your location.  

Shipping Costs are based on size, shipping weight and handling. All shipping quotes are based on shipments within South Africa.  We currently do not ship anywhere other than South Africa.

Please note the following when having your order couriered to you:

• Delivery is possible on weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 08:00 and 17:00 only
• Allow 5 working days for delivery (from receipt of payment)
• International shipping is not possible

Showroom Pickup

If you would prefer to fetch your order, you may do so from our showroom , the directions to which you will receive upon successful order completion.

Please note the following when collecting your order from the showroom:

• Collection is possible on weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 08:00 and 17:00 only
• Allow 1 working day before going to collect your order (from receipt of payment)

Order Confirmation:

When you place an order with SA Poker Shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email indicating that your order was received.
