What do i do if i need to return an item?

Purchase poker sets, poker chips, backgammon sets, roulette items, and other gaming products at SA Poker Shop with complete confidence. All items from SA Poker Shop are backed by a seven day manufacturers guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your SA Poker Shop purchase, simply follow these three steps and we will promptly send you a full refund (less original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee): Contact us for an authorization code and for the correct return address (some items are sent back directly to the manufacturer). Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. We will immediately send you a complete refund (less a 20% restocking fee - - - unless the product is defective and/or we sent you the wrong product - - - AND less the original shipping costs) as soon as SA Poker Shop receives your package and inspects it. You are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included. If we are unable to issue a full refund, you will be issued store credit for your return(s).
